The Gift of Reading: The Ultimate Buy a Book Day Reading List
Here at Once Upon a Book Club, we think there is something magical about opening a book for the first time. Perhaps it’s the anticipation of a new adventure or the joy of escaping into a different world and meeting new people. We don’t think that anything compares to a great book coupled with our active imaginations.
Haven’t you found that watching the movie version of one of your favorites tends to disappoint, as the characters and places never match your imagination?
Buying a book for someone else can be a challenge, which is why we decided to curate the ultimate Buy a Book Day list! Why not give the gift of reading to someone you appreciate? Perhaps an anonymous gift to your local barista or favorite colleague. Let’s spread the love and joy of books this September!
